Pine Bay Golf Course in Wichita, KS: A Golfer’s Haven

Located in the heart of Wichita, Kansas, Pine Bay Golf Course offers an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. Known for its well-maintained greens, challenging fairways, and scenic surroundings, Pine Bay has become a favorite destination for both locals and visitors.

You’ll especially enjoy the island green. I went 1 for 2, hitting the green the second time around. Splashed it the first time.

I grew up in the Wichita area and remember when the course was opened. It was fun to relive those memories during the round, shared with lifelong friends.

Capping off the day, our foursome helped raise a basketball goal at one local residence. You’ll see in the picture below, it was heavy. The job was accomplished after a few minor challenges were overcome, and hoops were underway in the driveway.

You know you have good friends when you don’t need an agenda to keep things moving — you just enjoy each other’s company and appreciate sharing in each other’s lives. I hope everyone will spend some time soon with their big friends who may have big goals!
